1. Insert Wooden Dowels

Insert Wooden Dowels

Insert the Plastic Dowels (B) into the pre-drilled holes of the following parts:

  • Left Side Panel (2)
  • Right Side Panel (3)
  • Top Support Panel (4)
  • Support Panel (5)
  • Bottom Support Panels (L-R) (9)
  • Drawer Side Panels (L & R) (11, 12)

Ensure the dowels are fully inserted and flush with the surface. A gentle tap with a rubber mallet may help.

2. Attach Mini Fix Bolts

Attach Mini Fix Bolts

Using a Phillips screwdriver, insert and tighten Mini Fix Bolts (D) into the designated holes on the following panels:

  • Top Panel (1)
  • Left Side Panel (2)
  • Right Side Panel (3)
  • Drawer Front Panels (10)
  • Bottom Panel (6)
  • Drawer Back Panels (13)
  • Bottom Support Panels (L-R) (9)

Ensure each bolt is securely screwed in, but avoid overtightening.

3. Attach Drawer Slides to Left Side Panel

Attach Drawer Slides to Left Side Panel

1. Place the Left Side Panel (2) on a flat surface with the interior side facing up.
2. Align the 14" Drawer Slides (J) over the pilot holes on the panel.
3. Secure the slides using CSK Screws M3.5x16mm (I). Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten them into the pre-drilled holes.

4. Attach Drawer Slides to Right Side Panel

1. Lay the Right Side Panel (3) on a flat surface with the interior side facing up.
2. Align the 14" Drawer Slides (J) with the pilot holes on the panel.
3. Use CSK Screws M3.5x16mm (I) to secure the slides to the panel using a Phillips screwdriver.

5. Assemble the Side Panels with Support Rails

1. Position the Left Side Panel (2) and Right Side Panel (3) vertically as shown.
2. Insert the Top Support Panel (4) and Support Panel (5) horizontally between the side panels, aligning the dowels and Mini Fix Bolts (D) with the corresponding holes.
3. Insert the Mini Fix Housings (E) into the side panels, aligning them so the open mouth faces the Mini Fix Bolts.
4. Use the Allen Key (A) to rotate the Mini Fix Housings clockwise, locking the panels together.
5. Cover the housings with Mini Fix Caps (F) for a clean finish.

The head of the mini fix housing goes into the open mouth of the mini fix bolt. You then turn the mini fix housing so it tightens over the mini fix bolt.

6. Attach the Top Panel

1. Position the Top Panel (1) above the assembled frame made from the side and support panels.
2. Align the dowels and Mini Fix Bolts (D) on the support structure with the corresponding holes on the underside of the top panel.
3. Insert Mini Fix Housings (E) into the top panel and rotate with the Allen Key (A) to lock the bolts in place.
4. Secure the connection by turning each housing until tight.
5. Finish by placing Mini Fix Caps (F) over the exposed housings for a neat appearance.

Reminder:

The head of the mini fix housing goes into the open mouth of the mini fix bolt. You then turn the mini fix housing so it tightens over the mini fix bolt.

7. Insert the Back Panel

1. Slide the Back Panel (7) into the grooves located along the inner edges of the Left Side Panel (2) and Right Side Panel (3).
2. Ensure the panel fits snugly and aligns with the frame.
3. Press it gently but firmly into place to avoid damaging the grooves.

8. Attach the Bottom Panel

1. Position the Bottom Panel (6) beneath the main structure, aligning it with the holes on the Left Side Panel (2) and Right Side Panel (3).
2. Use JCBC W Screws M6x40 (C) and the Allen Key (A) to fasten the bottom panel to the side panels through the marked screw positions.
3. Insert and tighten all four screws to secure the bottom panel firmly in place.

9. Assemble the Bottom Support Frame

1. Lay out the Bottom Support Panels (L-R) (9) and Bottom Support Panels (Front-Back) (8) in a rectangular frame shape.
2. Insert the Mini Fix Bolts (D) into the ends of the panels as shown.
3. Use Mini Fix Housings (E) to connect each joint, inserting them into the corresponding panels.
4. Rotate the housings with the Allen Key (A) to lock each corner securely.
5. Snap Mini Fix Caps (F) over each housing to complete the look.

10. Attach the Bottom Support Frame to the Main Body

1. Position the assembled Bottom Support Frame (Parts 8 and 9) beneath the main unit.
2. Align the Mini Fix Bolts (D) on the support frame with the corresponding holes on the Bottom Panel (6).
3. Insert Mini Fix Housings (E) into the holes and rotate them using the Allen Key (A) to secure the bottom support frame in place.
4. Once all connections are locked, press in the Mini Fix Caps (F) to conceal the fittings.

11. Attach the Legs

1. Take the 4 Legs (16) and align them with the pre-drilled holes on the underside corners of the main unit.
2. Insert each leg into its designated hole and rotate clockwise to screw them in securely.
3. Ensure all legs are tightly fastened and sit evenly to avoid wobbling.

12. Secure the Frame with Brackets

Secure the Frame with Brackets

1. Attach the L Brackets (G) inside each corner of the unit where the Top Panel (1) meets the Side Panels (2 and 3) and Bottom Panel (6).
2. Secure each bracket using CSK Screws M3.5x16mm (I). Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the screws into the pre-drilled holes.
3. Use 8 screws in total, two for each bracket.

13. Assemble the Drawer Structure

Attach the Side Panels to the Drawer FrontSlide in the Drawer Bottom

1. Place the Drawer Front Panel (10) face down and attach the Left (11) and Right (12) Drawer Sides, aligning the dowels and Mini Fix Bolts (D). Lock with Mini Fix Housings (E) using the Allen Key (A) and cover with Caps (F).
2. Insert the Drawer Bottom Support Panel (15) vertically between the sides.
3. Slide the Drawer Bottom Panel (14) into the grooves until fully inserted and flat.

14. Secure the Drawer Back and Slides

1. Attach the Drawer Back Panel (13) between the sides using Mini Fix Bolt (D) and Housing (E). Tighten with the Allen Key (A) and cover with a Cap (F).
2. Fix the inner slide rails to the Drawer Sides (11 & 12) and Back Panel (13) using CSK Screws M4x50mm (H).
3. Flip the drawer and secure the Bottom Panel (14) with 6 CSK Screws M3.5x16mm (I) from underneath.

15. Insert the Drawers

Insert the Drawers

1. Carefully align the fully assembled drawers (10) with the drawer slides installed inside the bedside frame.
2. Gently slide each drawer into the unit, pushing until you feel a soft click indicating the rails have engaged.

16. Final Check

  • Ensure all screws and fixings are securely tightened.
  • Confirm that both drawers slide smoothly and align properly.
  • Make sure the bedside unit stands evenly and feels stable.
